THE POWER WITHIN FiZiQ helps balance this energy centre so that we can flow, feel confident, be empowered, and have a general sense of freedom.
It also assists in helping digestion to run smoothly and allows our thoughts to encourage our potential. It’s where we register our trust of our gut instinct and intuition.

CONNECTING HIGHER FiZiQ is another in the Energy CENTRE series. It corresponds to the CROWN or 7th CHAKRA.
Connecting Higher is empowering our connection to our higher self so that we can become more of who we came here to be and do. It is time to WAKE UP and get on with it!

For so long we have been lulled into a coma about reality. With so much being revealed now, there is no excuse to not be aware. ON THE MOVE FiZiQ was inspired by a client of mine who was suffering joint issues. This FiZiQ addresses any complaints in the joints, muscles, tendons and associated pain in the body.
This FiZiQ has a calming quality and penetrates very deeply. Our joints help us move. When they start to seize up, we can experience pain and life does not flow. If our muscles and ligaments are contracted, in spasm and have ceased functioning through either trauma, toxins, inadequate nutrients and exercise etc., they will impact on the joints. Drink plenty of water, move, detox regularly and eat good nutritional food.

Have you ever wondered how we as humans are able to get around without being plugged into something? How do we get energy to power us? Obvious answers are: food, water, rest, joy, and sun etc!
